When our oversight committee of the board, the full board, or our attorney wanted information, you provided the information needed in an understandable format and were personally available to share this information. When I needed assistance in thinking through a strategy or in handling a matter, you provided what I needed to do so. Your ability to manage so many discrete details individually and in relation to the whole and keep it all organized and accessible has been impressive. Likewise, your ability to communicate with all parties and ensure understanding has been appreciated.

The recommendation that Project Advocates be brought on to manage this project and the decision to retain Project Advocates as the owner’s representative have been key to the success of Better Spaces Brighter Futures. I have had the pleasure of knowing and working closely with Rob Zimmerman. For more than five years, he and his team have overseen over $365M in development. We work closely with Rob and his team on all ongoing work at Midtown Crossing because of the outstanding results they bring to every project. They handle each project and issue with the highest level of professionalism possible and, most importantly, finish each project on time and on budget.

Film Streams needed a knowledgeable partner who was able to be the go-between for Film Streams and work with all the project partners to keep the project on time and on budget. Film Streams as an organization needed to focus on the expansion of our operations to a second site and to plan and implement the needed changes.

They handled the details that would have kept me up at night and managed the logistics and scheduling so that I did not have to coordinate, follow up, or check in with the installers or other contractors on the project team to ensure the work was progressing.
