“Having worked as an Operations manager for a Prime Contractor, I have experience on the construction side as well as the management side of the business. My engineering background in the commercial real estate industry provided me with the opportunity to be involved in large capital projects, tenant finish out, mechanical system changeouts and retrofits of large chillers, cooling towers and exterior restoration projects. All of my background has allowed me to be involved from the design and construction perspective. Being on the Owner side and contracting side has been valuable in the sense of understanding both sides of the business and how Owners and Contractors think and work together.”
