lt is my pleasure to endorse John Taylor, who served as Project Executive providing Construction Management Services on the Midtown Crossing Project. I have enjoyed the strong working relationship with him and his entire team over the last four years.

Mr. John Taylor of Project Advocates has been working with our project team as a project cost consultant on our new corporate headquarters in Omaha over the last 20 months. John's role has been to review the construction cost estimates from the various construction firms involved in the project to insure that the proposed guaranteed maximum price (GMP) amounts represented fair market value. Additionally, he reviewed existing construction contracts to insure the estimates were consistent with the contract requirements.

I have had a long working relationship with John Taylor who was a key figure in helping the Gallup Campus in Omaha became a reality.  Mr. Taylor and his team provided leadership in establishing realistic budgets and worked to insure the project finished on time and within budget. The results exceeded my expectations.
