His project experience is diverse in size, geography, delivery method, and client type. He has been responsible for leading construction and design teams using many different delivery methods and has been responsible for building and managing a $100M/year + Omaha based construction management business. He has an in depth knowledge of each project management delivery method and understands which systems should be applied to add the most value to the Project for the Client. He has dedicated his entire career toward the development of cohesive teams dedicated to a common purpose which is what project management is all about.

His project type experience includes parking structures, commercial office, semiconductor clean rooms, telecommunications, sports facilities, museums, wind power, fire stations, child development centers, multi-unit residential, industrial, retail, hospitality, fitness centers, and entertainment. He continually challenges his project teams to use creative processes and tools to provide customer value and uses his knowledge and experience with trust-based teams, early collaboration, sustainability, BIM, and prefabrication to deliver this value.
